Problem with creating printers

I have a problem with the creation of new printers. If i try to setup a new printer in the Gnome GUI i always have the next message 'failed to add printer'. Im try to setupo direct in CUPS and the system show me the printer but dont work.

Any idea to solve this?

First of all what is the printer model?
Did you install the drivers for your printer?

Hi, the model is. Brother MFC-J4510DW i found a drivers in AUR but dont' work. or some happend.

Nice, i see in the screenshot that the app recognize your printer. If you go to print a file, your printer is an option?

Well. I found a topic after some hours reading.... Error: Failed to add a new Printer and it's fixed only via USB, because if i try to print via wifi or network, don't work.
