/Root & /Home drives not visible and accessible via file manager after boot / grub repair

/boot/efi is just a directory/mount point in the file system to which a partition will be mounted. In this case (from your fstab)

UUID=6BDA-0B55 /boot/efi vfat umask=0077 0 2

6BDA-0B55 being the UUID for /dev/sdb1.

Ah ok... and now, what should I do?
I can Chroot in now... it is mounted

manjaro-chroot -a                                                                                       [130]
==> Mounting (ManjaroLinux) [/dev/sdb3]
 --> mount: [/mnt]
 --> mount: [/mnt/boot/efi]
 --> mount: [/mnt/home]

Yes, proceed as suggested by @stephane.

So I continue now here at step 2 and get this:

cp /boot/grub/x86_64-efi/core.efi /boot/efi/EFI/boot/bootx64.efi
cp: cannot stat '/boot/grub/x86_64-efi/core.efi': No such file or directory

next step

Shouldn't grub be installed first, before

?

grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=/boot/efi --bootloader-id=manjaro --recheck --verbose

It installed.

[manjaro-gnome /]# cp /boot/grub/x86_64-efi/core.efi /boot/efi/EFI/boot/bootx64.efi
cp: cannot create regular file '/boot/efi/EFI/boot/bootx64.efi': No such file or directory

This step does not work.
But I can do a grub update maybe?

update-grub
Generating grub configuration file ...
grub-probe: error: cannot find a GRUB drive for /dev/sdf1. Check your device.map.
grub-probe: error: cannot find a GRUB drive for /dev/sdf1. Check your device.map.
done

sdf1 is my usb stick so not important, the rest seems to work normally

I will reboot and see if it worked

Run
efibootmgr -v

and

sudo blkid

post the output.

Ok, did not reboot yet, this is the output

efibootmgr -v                                                                                           [130]

Is there any way to check if the file normal.mod is on the right spot?
Oh and @stephane and @Marte thanks a lot for the already invested time!
Hope to find a solution together!

reboot iso usb manjaro

Let's try recreating the whole Grub "environment":

In your live usb connect to internet and chroot into your system as before. Once chrooted successfully run the following commands on at the time (courtesy of @gohlip):

mv /etc/default/grub /etc/default/grub.old
mv /etc/grub.d /etc/grub.d.old
rm /boot/grub/grubenv
grub-editenv /boot/grub/grubenv create
sudo pacman -S grub
grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=/boot/efi --bootloader-id=manjaro --recheck --verbose
update-grub
