Set up LightDM lock screen in KDE

I want to use LightDM instead of SDDM by default. Now, on startup lightDM indeed is shown. But I couldn't set up the LightDM lock screen - when I lock my screen, I can see the default kscreenlocker lock screen, not the LightDM. The LightDM Settings entry cannot is missing in the KDE Settings. The package lightdm-kde-greeter cannot be found. Could you give me some advice please?

P.S. Sorry for bad English.

Thanks for your answer! So, as far as I can see, the best thing I can do here is assigning the dm-tool lock command to a shortcut...

Lockscreen is not the same to Display Manager.

  • Display Manager = Login/session manager (before login)
  • Lockscreen = Locks the user session (after login)

Plasma uses an SDDM-like locker to lock Plasma session. A locker is just a locker. LightDM is not a locker. I don't know if you can replace Plasma locker with Light Locker.
