Slow updates and shutdown delay

Edit: it didn't have mush influence
It gets even worse!!!
5 minutes only on 'A stop job is running for Simple Desktop Display Manager'
The overall time is 10:22!!!!
I can't believe it to be that much :joy:

I have bad news for you possibly.

Could you run a diagnostic check ?
That error means the harddrive could not be recognized at startup.
Also this error might occur if:

  • Boot to Network (or Boot to LAN) is enabled in BIOS Setup.
  • A network cable/connection is not present.
  • Network Boot is listed in the boot order above any other boot device.

Also worth mentioning is that you have a dual-gfx/optimus machine.
And for some reason it looks like nouveau.
What drivers did you sinstall? how ?
What does mhwd think?
mhwd -li && mhwd -l

(I also edited the title .. because none of your examples have to do with 'slow performance')

Thank you
No I just had to change the mode from LATENCY to UEFI in the bios and now it's ok:)

Thanks for editing the title:)

The output of mhwd -li && mhwd -l :
