Starting docker service prevent host pc to reach internet

Hello there,
when i boot my pc with docker service enabled in systemctl it creates rules for iptables that prevent my pc from reaching internet, while the docker container can reach it.
I’ve found a solution: if I restart iptables after docker have been started all the rules are cleaned and I can reach internet with no problems.
Now, why this is happening? Is it a known issue?
those are my pc specs:
Linux 5.4.2-1-MANJARO x86_64 GNU/Linux
i am running the docker version docker 1:19.03.5-1.

I would like to skip entirly running iptables, and prevent docker from creating any of those rules that break my host connection
