System settings broke?

The update for QT broke it pretty much, don't know how to revert to previous update, should have set up time shift

Seems you did not reboot after upgrade yet. Please try rebooting...

Why did that work? I don't really understand.

From the error message it seems because qt was upgraded to V 5.14.
The app is compiled against qt 5.14, the shared library which was still present in memory was still 5.13 at that point I guess.
