So, On bios machine with GPT table on a ssd (with ef02 flag partition for bootloader) and no DM (auto connect on TTY), Arch and a old Manjaro from 0.8.2 on an other tired Hdd, no problem to boot.
Here is a compare Before/after:
Startup finished in 2.382s (kernel) + 5.911s (userspace) = 8.294s
graphical.target reached after 2.287s in userspace
Startup finished in 2.223s (kernel) + 2.769s (userspace) = 4.993s
graphical.target reached after 2.256s in userspace
