All fine but loader and kernel (I do not know) is very long like your mirror-list, I use 3-5 not 80.

then what could I do?

Look for yourself or wait for someone who knows more than we do.

loader is about right, kernel isn't. try a different kernel branch and see if that helps. either 4.19 or 5.6 as I don't think earlier kernels would play to well with your hardware

you can disable and mask modemmanager if you don't use a modem. networkmanager alone is sufficient for wireless LAN or ethernet connections. also if you don't use LVM, disable and mask LVM2 as well.

there may occasionally be a delay while man-db rebuilds the database, fstrim runs (if you disabled discard and use trim timer instead) or your partitions are checked for errors.

BTW, my PC need nearly three years to boot

That looks like what would happen if you were able somehow to run modern linux on a ZX Spectrum

EDIT - Caused by a dead CMOS battery? Check date and time matches in firmware as compared to booted system.

OT

I know only with dead, empty CMOS the PC do not boot, but knowledge is from last century

This is pretty fast. Please see my values from a Lenovo X1 Carbon 6th also with a i5-8250U

Startup finished in 7.106s (firmware) + 14.371s (loader) + 3.403s (kernel) + 13.072s (userspace) = **37.953s**
graphical.target reached after 8.224s in userspace

37.953s. almost 10 s slower than your example. But with full LUKS encryption.

I am not really sure what you are complaining about.

before giving it update it lit in 3-4s I don't know exactly, that is, I lit the boot and it was on

It would boot after pressing an F key to get rid of the warning about the dead battery provided the default storage setup matches what you use now. As a rule, I typically replace CMOS batteries in systems after 4 years even if they haven't started showing erratic behaviour typical of a dying cell.

check the /etc/default/grub file and see what the grub timeout value is set at

And you are sure that it was 3-4 s for a full, regular boot and not just a resume?
This is hard to believe. Especially when I compare with my laptop which has the same CPU but even a faster SSD than your laptop:

your laptop: speed: 15.8 Gb/s lanes: 2
my laptop: speed: 31.6 Gb/s lanes: 4

I doubt the 3-4 s.

standard manjaro grub timeout value of 10:

systemd-analyze Startup finished in 4.592s (firmware) + 10.483s (loader) + 2.326s (kernel) + 3.806s (userspace) = 21.208s graphical.target reached after 2.607s in userspace

grub timeout set to zero:

systemd-analyze Startup finished in 4.542s (firmware) + 621ms (loader) + 2.310s (kernel) + 3.398s (userspace) = 10.874s graphical.target reached after 2.487s in userspace

Standard SATA SSD - Crucial MX500

CPU: Dual Core Intel Core i3-3110M (-MT MCP-)
speed/min/max: 1197/1200/2400 MHz Kernel: 5.4.24-1-MANJARO x86_64 Up: 4m
Mem: 1063.9/15905.0 MiB (6.7%) Storage: 465.76 GiB (1.7% used) Procs: 205
Shell: bash 5.0.16 inxi: 3.0.37

This is pretty fast. I will never get there because I am using LUKS and the kernel is decrypting swapfile on / before doing anything else.
