Virt-manager_qemu error network 'default' is not active

I have installed VirtManager+KVM+ QEMU and have used it without issues with Windows 10. But recently is giving me this network 'default' is not active error. I have deleted and reinstalled the VM but the error continue. It only allowed to boot up after I change the Virtual Network Interface> Network source> from Virtual network 'default' : NAT (Inactive) to Host device wlp13s0: macvtap BUT the windows vm does not have internet.
The error started after I installed Jellyfin.

The Virtual Network is probably not started.

I am curious as to why this change happened. If anyone knows please share.
