What's wrong with my KDE Plasma?

Hi everyone,

My KDE is sometimes very laggy (freezes etc.). Today when I booted my PC, the background image was gone (only black color instead). The Latte-dock is having some problems with notifications (I've tried to install libunity, but after a reboot it doesn't work anymore). Is there a way to check/debug my DE?
My PC isn't low: i7-6700T, 16GB Ram DDR4, SSD, GT 940MX.

Sometimes it starts the Telegram at startup, sometimes not. When the Telegram is started my the system, the system shows bugs like with latte dock notification and when Telegram isn't started, everything goes alright.

Thanks in advance,

I have no idea what output should i post so could you help me?

So far, with what you've posted, all I can tell you that Telegram is not one of your autostart programs.

Beyond that, I have no idea until you provide more information. Those links will help, I apologize I can't even begin to speculate any causes/cures for your problems with what has been provided so far.

Didn't find something useful for my question

Then you didn't read them. I'd give them another look over.

This will get you started. It's in the first 15 lines of the first link provided.

Do you have session saving enabled? Could be that sometimes you quit Telegram before shutting down.

Could be baloo_file. Try to monitor your processes with top -o %CPU and post the output after you press Q. (edited)

Start the respective application in terminal and copy/paste the terminal output to a pastebn service.

And you probably misunderstood that the flag funtion is not a "like" function - quite the opposite. It's a notification for the moderators and quite annoying when used qithout any reason. So please avoid it!
