First Off, I'm Extremely new to Manjaro and just need help improving my user experience.
When I drag windows around my desktop there is a slight delay which I would guess is intentional, however I do not want this.
I know this was probably a very simple question but I appreciate any responses.

Is it closer to seconds or milliseconds?
If the issue is only about windows lagging behind when moved, that may suggest the display can't get refreshed fast enough. A few possible solutions:
It's more like a shadow that follows behind my cursor with seconds of delay
Which version of Manjaro are you using?
Are your windows see through? Removing that should make it much more manageable.
It could still be a display refresh issue.
Any success with my prior suggestions?
Yes as i move the windows it leaves behind a see-through shadow of the window
I've looked at my display rate and all seems normal, i tried your suggestions and nothing seemed to work.

You could mention what DE you are using- KDE, Gnome, XFCE...?
Could you post the output of inxi -Fxxxza, xrandr and mhwd -li && mhwd -l?

As you can see I am Emulating Manjaro as I am Testing the OS before Putting it on my main system, i appreiacte that it may be diffrent and have diffrent solutions depending on whether Manjaro is emulated or not, However at this time I am not Transitioning to Manjaro until I have used the os in my vm for an extended period.

You could also have a peek with a live system to see, if the problem is VM based.
Ok will do on my second pc, it only has integrated graphics but ill give it a go
I meant a live usb system. That's what they are for, to test out and if happy install.
